The Child in the Storm
Though the winds seem fierce and wild,
And in your heart, you feel like a child.

Let God gird you in His arms,
Keeping you safe from all harm.

Knowing there's nothing more to dread,
For, He knows what lies ahead.

Let faith arise in your heart and sing,
As you ride upon His wings.

When the tempestuous clouds form,
Remember, god smiles on the child in the storm.

For, storms in our lives compel us to kneel before Him, not being hesitant,
But, letting Him speak to our hearts, as we come into His presence.

"But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and
beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me."
Matthew 14:30
Sometimes we find ourselves in a storm. The winds may be so strong you cannot seem to stand. The clouds that seem so insignificant spreads until it covers the sky and overwhelms  you.  We have storms in our life that come suddenly. They bring disappointment and beat down upon us. They leave you weary, and like a child, who is afraid of the storm, you want to run into your father's arms. Knowing, he can make things better. We have  a Heavenly Father, who can make things better, also. God is there with us in every storm we go through. He's there to hold us and help us stand, when the winds of life are blowing hard against us.  If you're going through a storm, run into your Father's arms. Just trust in Him, and He will make things better.
